Education and Community Engagement Internship at the Savannah African Art Museum

In this role, I extensively researched the museum’s Central and West African mask collection and developed an educational programming activity aligned with the Georgia Department of Education Curriculum for 7th grade students, centered on designing and creating their own masks. I also created a learning guide for teachers with images of the handout below. In addition, I documented exhibitions through film photography shown at the end of this page.
